The Haitian earthquake has made me aware of our own vulnerability to natural disasters living in the Pacific Northwest. I created a 72 hour kit for our family when I was 9 months pregnant with Wyatt. He is now 15 months. It is time to update and throw out the expired water and  food. I also need to add in some diapers, clothing, and comfort items like toys, books, binky's and lovies.
