I have a wonderful husband who is constructing me a raised bed for mother's day! I can't wait to buy and plant some vege's this weekend in my new garden. Any suggestions? So far I'm thinking:
The Easter Bunny (EB) made a visit to our house on Sunday. Wyatt was impressed with the contents of his basket. The *EB tried to find some alternatives to straight up candy. Contents included:
Made my first quiche yesterday and it was a complete success! Kept it simple with ham & cheese and store bought crust. Delicious!
Wyatt's first foray into egg dying on Saturday. Not surprisingly he loved it. Most of his eggs ended up in a greenish hue. I couldn't resist dying a few myself. Sunday morning the egg hunt ensued. We hid the dyed eggs along with plastic eggs filled with treasures and candy. Wyatt much preferred the plastic eggs over the real eggs.
Last night we converted Wyatt's crib to a toddler bed (AKA Big Boy Bed). Kaila, Wyatt's cousin (visiting from NJ) was the first to put him to bed in his new digs! So far so good, no random night walking, playing, or getting out of his bed.
